Who here is running with the coolant lines blocked off to their stock turbos? Its been discussed that longevity is an issue, I'd like to hear from people actually running it. Any reasons why you blocked it off?

i would not block off the coolant lines..... all the T series must run with the coolant lines... i think somebody ran them with the lines behind the block(?) not sure... check out ka-t.org... and that info will help you out... i know you have a sr... but itll applie to the T series turbo..... good luck...

I've known people to run them without it because they were using a stainless mani and they are prone to cracking, so it makes it easier to remove the turbo and weld up the mani.
