5 Speed Swap
Well I am going to do the 5 speed swap and would like to do it right. My question is; should I do the ECU and lower harness as well? I believe I need the ECU for some of the sensors but will the lower harness help me out at all. And can I just do the ECU and hook up all the sensors the right way without using the lower harness?

The lower harness is useless. You'll have to run wiring anyway for neutral and 5th gear switches, having the harness doesn't help.
The ECU is fine, no need to swap it either.
