? wtf.
lol i think the dude meant from what side of the pump. the high pressure side, or low pressure side. i only had this problem once with my SR ps pump, whn i revved @ 7000rpm the belt broke and seize the pump, then i just threw a fresh DE pump and good to go, but i swapped out all the hoses for safe measures. Generally a cooler is only needed for cars running WIIIDE front tires. You shouldnt be blowing pumps due to overheating the fluid if your tires arent super wide.

theres a write up about power steering pumps. yo ucan use the kade pump but you have to flip the pull around and only 2 of the 3 bolts align.

if the OP still have the OEM SR pump, everything bolts right in from the KA PS pump. He just have to swap the pulley and the feed neck, or just get a longer hose making sure it doesnt kink. |

Well that's why it's leaking. PSF is a lot thinner then ATF. You are supposed to use ATF.
If you haven't damaged a seal already it should stop leaking once you swap in ATF.

Wow. Quit driving the car for a few days and read up on it. You obviously don't know even the basics of it if you're just throwing in whatever fluid you feel like. Do you use antifreeze in place of your oil too?
Every Nissan vehicle for over three decades clearly labels in the owner's manual and the FSM that their power steering system is designed to use ATF. Anything else will damage the entire system. Welcome to 1979.

Anyone who just pours fluid into a system without first checking what's required is absolutely fucking stupid. Simple.
