Ill be picking the Z up today, dont know how much more they will need to do, but I hvae to get the car ready for tuning this weekend.

I need to:
Install the Stand alone
Install the boost solenoids
Install the 2nd pump with a trigger ( if not then the Hobb switch will work for now )
Fix leaky coolant AN fitting.
Replace 1 cam shaft

Doesnt sound like much, but with a full time job a baby and another on the way . . . . give me about 2 hours a day to touch the car.

Dyno'd this past saturday @698.88 rwhp on nistune as I was busy and unable to finish the install of the Adaptronic E1280s Standalone. That was all we could get before the clutch started to slip.

Well this just happened today!!

Got my car running on Adaptronic E1280s Today!!!!!!! Looking at some clutchs ( RPS BC3 or OS Giken R4C ) and I will then have My tuner back out here ( Just left yesterday, lol ) for final tuning of the beast. with the base tune that on this car the car rev SOOOOOOooo smooth.

What shop? I'm sure there are quite a few z/s owners in the so cal area that are always looking for mechanics who specialize.

Nice to see someone that still believes in the Z32 and VG engine. I'm looking forward to the completion of this thing!

So a few more steps have been completed.

New clutch is installed. Pedal feel is lighter than my previous clutch, I wanna say it lighter than STOCK. Its extremely grabby, will have it down once i start driving it more.

I have the prototype fuel bulkhead made, with an additional power with to run the second pump ( 2nd pump turns on after 14 psi ).

Also received 1 of the 3 hoods I will have for this car Escort Racing Hood.

I have a body tech coming to my house tomorrow morning to work on making the flares look stockish.

Made some more progress. Installed new fuel hardlines, installed flexfuel sensor, had the flares worked into the car. got the fuel bulk head installed.

Things left for me to handle:
Wire in - boost solenoids, flex fuel sensor, fuel pressure sensor, oil pressure sensor, trigger for second fuel pump.

get the car painted.

I will probably send it to paint after the car is tuned, which will be on the 18th of September. After paint I will install the new suspension.

Will be wiring in the Ethanol sensor and boost solenoids today.

Will swap out the Z1 throttle bodies for some Rob's throttle bodies.

Engine bay it a little messy, Once the tune is completed I will make it a cleaner.

Had a small setback . . . . Took my car for an oil change at a Nissan dealership and they overfilled my oil by DOUBLE. Which may have broken the skirt on my piston. Anywho . . . contact the nice people a CP and had a custom set of pistons made 10.5:1 88mm with Custom HD wristpins. Since the Motor was out I decided to add EGT's for Every cylinder so we can fine tune per cylinder vs tuning per bank solely off of AFR.

DAMAGED PISTON:

NEW SUSPENSION (TEIN WITH EDFC ACTIVE PRO):

CLUSTER WITH LCD AND CENTER CONSOLE:

EGTS INSTALLED:

FRONT END PUT BACK TOGETHER:

BIG WING VS LITTLE WING ( 2 of 3 Hatches, 3rd is wingless factory)
