Ecu code help
Im at a slump. I bought a 95 auto and have had a check engine light ever since. Im getting ecu codes 113 & 114 which are transmission codes. a.t. signal 1 and a.t. signal 2. The car drives fine but i have to get it to pass smog. Wondering if anyone has any insights on where to begin.

I don't see how a transmission code would prevent you from passing smog... however I have no idea how the whole emissions checking system works. Can you not have a ce light on? o.0 If not, I'd be fucked lol. I'd just say to clear the codes. However, to do it properly, check your FSM.
BOOM. FSM link. Your preliminary check will begin on pg. AT-23 for your codes and then road testing procedure will start on pg. AT-31. From there the manual will tell you everything you need to know to resolve your issue at hand. Hope this helps! |
