S13 automatic seat belt removal
Hey guys I'm trying to trim some fat on my s13 hatch does anyone have a link/write up on removing the automatic seat belts motors and all? I haven't had a chance to pull the panels off and see how difficult it is, any trick/tips?

It is fairly easy. Removing the front seats, A and B pillars makes it easier.
Track removal: Remove the A and B pillars Unplug wiring connections you find Remove bolts. Lap strap: Remove the seat for easiest access to bolts just below the track motor at the bottom of the B-pillar. Shoulder belt: With the seat removed the shoulder belt mechanism is near the lap belt buckle. The Automatic Seat belt computer. You will find this underneath the center console just below the arm rest. You need to remove the center console to get to it. After the removal is complete install S14 manual front seatbelts, racing harnesses, or other OEM Nissan seatbelts that will latch into the s13 buckles. See the Factory Service Manual for pictures.

Just trolling...
The OEM seat belts are Takata belts. Figured I'd share something knowledgeable.
