s14 From Central Texas
Greatings all, currently from Central Texas (Ft Hood/Killeen area) but I am finishing up a 12 month deployment in Afghanistan and ready to get back to Texas. Originally from the great white north (Minnesota) I recently picked up a zenki s14 while I was on R&R but it has seen better days and currently automatic . In a previous life before the military I was a Toyota master certified and ASE certified mechanic, and did work at Nissan at one point so I have experience doing all my own work and willing to help out other enthusiasts. Had 7-8 ae86 from stock blue/redtops to the last one a zenki hatch, ae92 highcomp with Mikuni 48mm side drafts fully built, Ueo adjustable everything, coilovers, the whole nine. Alas they all met with untimely ends in some way shape or form, and one s13 hatch I never got around to finishing in college. Just looking forward to getting back and putting in some work to get the 14 ready to do some underwater basket weaving once again.

There's a lot of honda fanboys here, but that can be said no matter where you go.
A lot of people here drift, but everyone kinda does their own thing and stays out of the big crowds.

Any possibility that someone has a 5 speed, or other parts for the swap?, already got the light weight flywheel drilled for z33 clutch and stage 2 just need to start gathering the rest of the parts.

If not every weekend its almost every other weekend I'm in Copperas Cove hanging with some old army buddys. I think we should a Nissan meet soon with everyone getting back from down range and back to regular BS at the company and motorpools.

Shops near austin
There is a Renegade meet in Austin this Friday Oct. 2 @ K1 speed.Might be driving a black hatch not sure yet.For anybody looking for work checkout my buddy Josh @ Sparky's Speed Shop in Taylor. I recommend him to any 240 owner that doesn't feel comfortable working on their car or anything custom. Tell him Jarred sent you.
