KA Odd EGI issue, fuse blown, runs fine, replace fuse, won't turn off

Alright,
So last night, I finally got everything up and running on my car. Somehow the fuse to my dash lights blew and so I started hunting for the fuse. Since the panel doesn't specify that the dash lights are hooked up to the taillight circuit, I started hunting. Well I found the 7.5A EGI fuse in my engine bay had blown. Well, I replaced that fuse, then eventually found the blown taillight fuse. Anyways, long story short, after I put the new EGI fuse in, the car wouldn't stop until I pulled that 7.5A fuse. It would run great without that fuse, idle is a little rough but it drives perfectly fine. What relays in the system would affect this? I know if I pull the top relay in the interior fuse box, it shuts off. Is there another relay that could cause my ignition circuit to stay energized? Any input helps!
