2 Day Event Prep
Hey ya'll, I have a double header approaching on the 9th & 10th of May.
First day is a drift event at Poconos, and I'll be doing a drift demo at the same track the day after. Parts: S13 Welded diff Axles Pair FLCA Pair Front Spindles Pair RLCA Pair Rear Spindles Fully Dressed PS Rack (PBM inners, CS outers) Full Set of rear arms Fuel Hoses Fuel Pump Rad hoses Rad Cap 5spd Trans Lug Nuts PS Pump Thermostat Oil Pump Spark Plugs Spare Turbo Lug Studs Wheels/Tires x4 17x9 et17 Dr-31 Pair Used Sumitomo 225/45/17 (mounted) X2 pairs Achilles ATR Sport (one pair mounted, other pair to replace Sumitomos) Fluids, Gaskets & Filters: 15 Gal. MS 98 Race Gas 12 Qt. 10w30 Vr1 Synthetic 2 Wix Oil Filters 2 Qt. ATF 2 Qt. Redline 75w90 1 Rear Diff Cover Gasket DIY Gasket Board Kit 5 Gal. Distilled Water 2 Bottles Water Wetter Toyota Black RTV DOT 3 Brake Fluid Tools & Consumables: Track Tool Pack (everything I own except the engine hoist/stand and welding gear) Stands Floor Jack String Alignment Kit Diamond Grip Gloves Shop Towels Propane Torch Drain Pans Quick Dry Extension Cords (for the drill/impact/saw/grinder) Team Comfort: x2 10x10 Tent Chairs Cooler full of drinks Food Grill Cooking Utensils Here is my list of spare stuff I plan to bring. Anything else you guys would bring? I'd be starting both days with fresh engine oil, and run the race gas both days. Additions: 20lb fire extinguisher (5lb one in the car might not cut) 2x4's

This might sound dumb but I've taken it with me. And lots of people think it's a good idea. A garden sprayer pump. In between sessions I'll leave the fans running and hit the radiator with it. Helps with cool down times.

bring a big hammer, and also a bigger hammer.
I also bring a few 2x4s, and the usually come in handy. |

Media loved the car, and so do I. All we had to do on the race weekend was change wheels, a quick re-bleed of the brakes, and adjusting tire pressures. My friends and I did a great job with this one. Packed all that shit, only had to touch the floor jack, impact, and tq wrench. Sold one of the BNIB axles to a dude at the track, he snapped one of his.
