How to remove this part

Hi,

Does anyone know how I can remove this part to get it painted?

Take door rubber strip of and unscrew the screws holding it in place

will there be any problem putting the rubber strip back in place? will it need to be glued?

No glue, just needs to be pushed back in correctly, you'll know, it kinda snaps back in
