that was a disappointment.
Ferrari made some big mistakes, first with qualifying and pulling in Massa during Q1 thinking "ok Massa your safe the field wont get any faster than what you pulled" so he ended up getting knocked out because everyone pulled faster times and he didnt go back out to try again. And than throwing Kimi out soo early on full wet tires before it even rained... When they first pulled him in for the switch, i thought "Oh that is sick watch it start raining instantly and they actually do good", but it didnt rain til later, and which his tires where already shot from doing dry laps. JB is having the time of his life lmao, his girlfriend wasnt too bad looking, some japanese fashion model.

Does anyone have a link to where I can watch the first race and a half or do I just have to catch replays on SPEED? Never really watched F1, but I was reading about the rule changes and whatnot the other day and wouldn't mind watching a race or two. By the sounds of it, its going to be an interesting season.

Rules are rules and should be enforced to such an extreme degree with so much money and prestige riding on the outcome of these ridiculously competitive races. Hamilton has made some pretty heinous mistakes last season and came out on top regardless. This last controversy seems like it stems from his over confident assumption that his seemingly inconsequential actions would be vindicated if there were to be any mistakes or violations. Last years McClaren would have have faired better, but not this year. Now they have to function at a different level competitively and can't afford to assume propriety or even fail to communicate proper driver procedure. This is part of the reason savvy team principles and other race managers who can function on the fly and react properly to make sure the driver can do what they do best are so important; they're ultimately what separate successful teams from the simply fast ones. |

So much money and time it will take to design makes you wonder if it's really worth it. I mean there seems to be a way that Hamilton is screwed every race. Next thing you know, they are going to penalize him for saying, "an" instead of , "a" during some official. statement. Every race so far he's had to climb from the back of the pack, and every race he ends up screwed some how. But on the other hand, Button has had luck fall into his hand quite well. So far this season isn't that exciting. Last year the opener was crazy, as well as the races that followed. Oh well. We are only two races into the season so it's hard to speculate anything. The whole kers thing to me is kind of ghetto.

yeah! Hamilton has been holding up pretty well on his skills to work his way up and keep a consistent pace, The Mclaren just isnt a good low qualifying time car, but in race time it can keep up. sucks for Kovalainen who ends up being taken out in the first laps.
Yeah hopefully more action will come up , I wanna see some battles and not just untouchable Brawn gapping at the front lol
