sr cank gear
I recently broke 3 teeth off of my crank gear, i dont know how this happen or why. I bought a new crank gear and i was wondering if there is any special way to take it off or can i just bash at it with a hammer and a pry bar. Im pretty sure theres a keyway i need to line up before removing it. Any suggestions would help a lot.

you can use a puller.its easy or use a pry bar but gatta be careful around the front seal.. a puller would be best bet...and the keyway, it dosnt hve to be removed .the gear should already be lined up with the gear ..if it isnt then u have more problems then what was posted
