BTW so everybody knows, I'm bringing 2 12-packs of Coke, 1 of Sprite, 1 of Sprite Remix, and 1 of Doctor Pepper, so 60 sodas total. If you don't like any of those I guess you can bring what you like (or maybe somebody else is also bringing some other stuff), and you can just throw them in my cooler if you want...

Fun event... It was nice to meet everybody, grab some food, and just hang out and have a good time.
The drive from McKee to the park wasn't too bad, I didn't soften the damping in the front enough and understeered around a semi-bumpy turn and dropped the bumper off the road and busted the front lip a bit. Luckily I brought zip-ties After turning the fronts down some more though the drive back was sweeeeet!! It was real cool to meet you Nightwalker, hit me up next time you're in Modesto. P.S. - Y'all some thirsty mofo's!! |

SaltyX, much props for bringing them sodas man.
The meet was cool. Good turnout except for the Honda folks who got their by word of mouth and talked sh*t about other people's car... Well, somebody hit my rear end on the way down and I think half of my brake fluid evaporated.. David, they're talking about geethreefive post up above. |

nice to meet you too Salty. You've inspired me to buy some decent wheels for my ride. I have 12 different wheels, but they are no where as nice as yours (probably because they're all curbed and scratched). Would of tried to chase your a$$ down the mountain, but my car was not in shape to be doing any kind of handling. Glad I made it home without popping that tire *sigh of relief* Also wanted to say that your car looks nice going down the freeway, doing what I call >the race car bounce< SWEET!!! wish my car bounced nice and smooth like that, must be the suspension
homeboy that hooked me up with the jack, are you on Zilvia? I'm the guy with the really worn out front tire. THANKS a MILL for helping me out!!! I had a good time everyone, just tired because of the long drive home.

Nice to meet all you guys there. Had to leave before the food got cooking but saw some pretty clean rides and the snacks and soda was pretty cool too.
On the way back had a little Initial D action going on with someone in a red Hachi-roku... damn corners, no where to boost! Major props to the driver, not once did I look back and not see him in my rear view. I couldn't concentrate on the road, lots of pressure having someone tail you the whole time you are trying to pull away. |
