Castro - you should mount some QUAD skates in your bumper/quarter panel.

Actually. I only bought it because it was 200 dollar caged shell. I cut the rollerblades off. It looked even more retarded in person. The guy I got it from was a tool. The cage and front and rear bash bar are quality work. But the rollerblades were pointless.

i see most of you fail at common sense, AND SEARCHING.
yes, the op and some others got it right, its meant to curb total destruction on bumpers when hitting a wall. Im pretty sure, structurally, its made to withstand the impact. they are not just screwed directly into the bumper. There is a "frame" behind the bumper. i swear you 240 guys are dumb as hell sometimes, not to mention sheepole. |

I was thinking the same thing, It must have some sort of support. If the wheels were strong enough and the contraption were connected to the frame and other strong points of the chassis, It might be a very good idea. Looks like crap, but hey, I think getting a perfectly good and rare car close to a wall on purpose is also retarded. But that's an uphill stream on this site.

^haha yes, thats why i didnt put that part in my argument. BUT, i think itll start to grow on people.......
Besides, who wants to keep throwing money at bodyparts (car) in this crappy economy. Id rather look shitty and save my bumper ,than be cool and spend more than what i have to to replace it every two or three months. But then again, i am a bit older and have my sights set on house and land for some reason. |
