sr20det transmission option
would it be a bad idea to use and s2000 tranny behind the sr20det with 3.69 rear end ? goal hp is 300 and would be use for dd , no track , not racing , would it help with the mpg the short gears of the s2000 tranny?

havnt heard about the s2000 one....just go with z32 one mazworks and a few others already make a kit and its definately better than sr one and prolly honda one

The S2000 6 speed trans is definitely not strong enough
They break under hard driving in the stock S2000 If youre after a sick 6 speed platform We have a Nismo Crossmesh 6 speed S15 Gearbox Or you can go with a Z32 swap transmission
