Flex-Fuel Kit for 240sx
Hello,
I've been looking around and can't seem to come across any detailed Guide for making any 240sx Flex-Fuel Compatible by replacing every line. If anyone would like to Chime in on this topic, I would really appreciate it. I'm Looking to swapping my 98' Fuel lines to be 100% Flex-Fuel Worth and I'm seeking -Lines to Replace -Length of Lines -Fittings -Fuel Pumps -Fuel Pump Hangers -Best Brands to go with Etc. I will be making a detailed guide to doing this at the end, as I'm in the middle of my 2J swap to be completed. Thanks!

I dont know about lengths, but I know AN fittings direct sells braided lines and fittings for great prices and great quality. I’d buy a good amount of -6an braided line and an assortment of different AN fittings (male, female, different angles and whatnot) and seeing what works best for your setup.

yeah that's exactly what I'm going to have to do. I know there's Kits online but run from 600-1000. I'm going try my best and do a Self-Bought / Install guide. Was hoping someone has pre-setups already that can chime in with their knowledge.

braided lines are not going to last. even the compatible hoses. due to time ethanal will eat them up. so you'll have to replace them every year. when i went to a specialty shop that sells only hoses to fittings especially for everything imaginable, i was told that using 1/2" hardline is the best way to go. don't waste your time on braided
