When I worked at a local shop here in vegas, we carried these.
For the price they are not bad at all.
its really rare when you get defected ones, im sure they have a return policy or get the warranty.

I have sold hundreds of these kits to Zilvia members alone. I'm sure plenty of Zilvians can vouch for these kits.

Do these require a relay? I put a set of slims on my 95 Accord and they needed a relay to keep the factory harness from melting. Over 1 year on my Accord no probs.

well I ordered mine in September of '10. It is good...but I needed a relay pack which he did not include. Also, the housings he sold me didn't really work out. the lenses were made out of plastic, and when I tried to mount the bulbs it broke the plastic where you mount the bracket for the bulb. I mean the ballast and bulbs were good but I'd stay away from anything else. And if you don't have a relay pack for s13, you're only gonna get one headlight working. There are too many current drawing devices in s13, ie power seat belts, pop up lights.

No, you do not need a relay. However, I do sell relays if you need some.

Most people with S13s have no problem running these HID kits without a separate relay harness. I'm sure a relay harness that draws power directly from the battery would make the kit work better, but it is not absolutely needed.

The lenses on the housings are made out of glass. If you drop them, they will shatter. And if your housings broke we would be more than willing to help you replace them. Thank you for your review.

I got some HID's from Sonic and I guess one ballast is on its way out after about 2 years but I am sure it is a completely different set in some way. I should have opted for the lifetime warranty back then I suppose so if you do purchase them, I would highly suggest it.

well turns out my ballast is ok and it is the bulb that went bad.......regardless tho my recommendation still stands on getting the lifetime warranty

Thanks for the honest review. Have you gotten in contact with anyone yet for a new set of bulbs?
