not installing the new 1" bmc to go along with the z32 brakes, which then caused me to lock up the brakes and smash the rear end into a wall. selling it for 1/4 of what i put into it was a bad idea too.

Buying a exedy OEM clutch for 5 speed swap, limp dick soft status. Stupid. Cheap to replace though.
Buying an SR20 4 years ago, yet to assemble it. [Finally getting done this month!] Spending $2000 on my vert. Spending $1,500 + installing $7,000 worth of suspension in 1 week of Vert purchase just to have the stock KA blow at the first event. Buying and installing a KA24DE from a junkyard just to find out that it has blown piston rings. Street drifting on LMGT4s. Hitting a curb->$200 in suspension damage + $800 wheel/tire package... WHAT THE FUCK. Lots of regrets, part of the game. I enjoy every moment with the car though, it's 100% mine.

-- Getting into the whole 240sx/Sr swap to begin with should have bought at 350z or a Corvette
----I'm too old for the 240sx crowd, I think I'm one of the only few over 30 that has a 240sx. --Not being there to buy my first 240sx (I was overseas and had my step brother do it),,and it was all riced out and inside outside paint didn't match, later sold it for a $1000 loss, but got a killer deal $1,500 on a 98 Kouki --Sr20det swap, because ------I spent two years before I got the A/C working ------My wipers still don't park themselves and only one speed ------No Cruise control ------Loud 3" exhaust (on the inside) |

^^^^ There's quite a few of us right at or around 30 years old.
Biggest regret: buying wheels before I knew enough about wheel sizing. But it was 2000, and wheel fitment info wasn't real easy to come by. Only just now getting around to replacing my 11 year old wheels. Also, still haven't gotten my a/c running yet, 7 years after getting my sr swap.

hahaa yeah exactly
well I liked what ended up happening to my last race car....ended up beating a track record the first time out somewhere... Turbocharged s chassis there is really nothing like it for the project car fiend... In fact even with money to burn in the future I am going to build another S chassis....just so much fun. Now I just help perfect and build other peoples'forum members cars! So many great things just in the last year have been coming out and cost for parts just gets better and better...
