UFC 140 was awesome. Only 3 fights went to the Judges while the rest ended in Ko or TKO or submission. The co main event was sick. Big Nog was winning until he decided to be stubborn and roll with Mir to prove he is a better BJJ Black belt.... I was screaming to let him up and keep it standing and he gets his freakin arm ripped off... WOW And then the main event. Jeezus Machida was winning and when i said to myself jones has no power he catches him with a super man punch then strangles him un conscious.. Again speechless. I love MMA - UFC

I really don't see how anyone is calling anything Jones does "fake" at this point.

I don't see Jones as being the best. I see him as being extremely athletic and different. If he didn't luck out by getting called up for that one fight he'd be a contender at best.

Either the UFC is shitting all over Rashad or they are playing him up like they did Tito.

Yeah, but that wasn't him saying it. Tons of shit is going on in the ring after that fight and he probably just reacted to it and did it without thinking. He obviously doesn't need more fans.

Whether it's an illusion or not, it works and he wins fights. This isn't boxing right? It's MMA. Who gives a shit if he isn't the best striker.

Saying it's not about being dimensional. Who cares if he doesn't have the best striking ever. Over-all he is an enormous talent. And until anyone comes along and even challenges him I don't see how people can say otherwise. Right now he reminds me of Tyson when he was coming up and then won the belt. but its not "overall". its only gnp and wrestling plus his phyiscal specimen lenght. gets him away with things. not skills.

when i first saw jones fight, i was like damn i see pontental( that bonner fight ). now, the more i see him fight. i thought i would see skill progress but, i just saw a front or act of his stand up. which made me delieve he doesn't have that skill set of a good striker. he just hides behind it just like his personality. i like ppl/fighters like the diaz they are not hiding who they are. jones WILLl be exposed by a better wrestler or get KTFO by heavy handed brawler.

I don't know every fighter out there, so no. It's just that no one has even come close to making it a challenge for him. Machida at least hit him pretty good, but he took it like a champ, and turned the fight around so quick it wasn't funny.
