Hey i paid for my premium membership a few weeks ago and it hasn't been reactivated yet. Tried messaging a few mods with no results.

There's some issue with a payment processor. I let West know about it. Gonna try and get everyone taken care of here shortly.

hello, I acknowledge that the problem is not a fault of the admins, and request your help.

I cannot PM anyone directly as my inbox is full.

I bought (2) memberships last year, the most recent was back in may.
that issue was not resolved, but I thought, hey maybe the kink has been worked out of the system now.

Same as above.

You are able to leave visitor messages on anyone's profile. I believe it also sends a notification.

Also, most if not all moderators or admins have their emails listed as a way to contact them.
