s13 before i make a mistake question

im thinking of buying a ca18det. i think its wired to a s13 89-90 and i have a 91-94 s13. would the wiring be different or i can still swap this in without a problem? my gut tells me the wiring is different but i also think im wrong. i tryed searching and nothing. thank you in advance for the help.

engine wise between the 89-90 and 91-94 is the soch ka vs dohc ka. The one thing you will have to change out is the cluster and white plug by the ecu that hooks the cluster to the engine harness. Very easy, all you have to do is match up wires after de-pinning the plugs. (10 mins tops) Everything else should plug rite in.
