s13 5 lug swap brake availability...what works (other than Z32)??

I think there should be a stickied thread explaining all the possible brake swaps available for each chassis....

I already have my 5 lug swap but Im waiting to install it because I need brakes and I dont know what will work with what for the rear...so how about lets start a "brake swap" thread listing which parts from what cars work and how its done on each chassis...

Im in an ABS (well it WAS ABS but its not anymore, same brake parts though) S13 and Im switching to 5 lug and Im planning on using the Maxima calipers and rotors and all...but what can I do for the rear stock S14 SE rotors for the stock S13 calipers??

I think they are the same, arent they?.....If someone knows, please correct this.....

I think you can use the rear s14 SE brake calipers on s13 cars,........since the diameter is the same.......But, I am not too sure about this.........Anybody know???

S13,S14,S15 -Bolt On
Z32, R32, R33, R34 -Bolt on cept r34 gtr brembo may need mod like 350z/g35
350z/G35 Also fit (need to re-drill spindle to fit larger 14mm bolts vs 12mm on stock)
J30/Q45 (front)-Bolt on
Sentra Spec-v brembos (front)-Bolt on (rotors are 4lug and need to be redrilled if ur 5lug)

Z32 rear will fit if you have complete Z32 rear drum assembly
Also remember reading somewhere that the G37 rear brakes will fit as well

STI Brembos (front) Need Adapater to fit using EVO8 Front Rotor
STI Brembo (rear) Bolts on if you have z32 rear drum assembly
EVO Brembo (front) Need adapter to fit

Both STI and EVO front brembo adapters are being sold by a member on this board http://zilvia.net/f/advertiser-speci...-calipers.html

There is actually a few threads on each brake topic. Searching would yeild everything you need to know. Luckily I was BORED enough to do most of the work for you.

Wilwood also offers a bolt-in kit. Check their Web site. They only offer 4-piston front caliper set as stock replacement. Other fitment will need custom work.

Fastbrakes and Arizona Z Car also offers 6-piston front caliper set. Google them.

All S13, S14, S15 rear calipers are the same size, as are rotors. The ebrake brackets are different though so there's no point swapping between chassis unless you're going larger, IE J30, Z32, etc.

So therefore I can use S14 5 lug rear rotors and not have to worry about changing calipers or anything correct??
