s14 3 Strut tower bolt wont line up!!

Hi, I need help, recently purchased sum aftermarket kyb struts w/springs and was trying to fit it when the 3 strut tower bolt wont line up! Only 2 bolts line up and third one would almost clear by a mm. Any suggestion on what to do? I was thinking shaving the hole slightly bigger hoping for it to clear but that something I dont want to mess with. Any tips would greatly help, thanks

Is one of the studs bent? If it's only a millimeter off like you say you could probably just file the hole a little bigger for it to fit

*FIXED* the stud was indeed bent, I was just about to dremel the hole open more on the shock tower but changed my mind last second since I dont want to hack stuff up, so I did quick research and ended up deciding to bend the bolt instead on the strut by placing a socket on it and hitting with hammer till it was bent back enough to fit in the strut tower hole. Thanks 1988montecarloss for your help.
