I was looking into getting myself a Vibrant 1001 muffler.
Anyone have a reason or story of why I shouldn't.

Buy a whole exhaust system. It will actually sound alright and net some gains.

You might as well be a ricer and just get a Chrome tip, it will do the same thing as the muffler.

And are we suspose to know what a Vibrant 1001 Muffler is? Please dont say its one of those ones I see on Ebay...

This is the muffler.
I am getting a cat back 2.5" pipe made up also.

The tip is 3" that rolls inwards at the end.

make sure u get maderal bent because crushed piping is not any better then stock

I saw two N1 single mufflers for sale on ebay.  They are just the muffler but they were $70 at the time with no bids yet.   <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/blush.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':blush:'>
