Let me get it for you. The paint shop used the Nissan alpine white paint code. However they simply asked the shop to NOT mix any yellow like the original code calls for. So this is all white. I will see if they made a specific code for it but otherwise it's simply Nissan alpine white without the yellow in the mix. |

Thanks guys! There are some incredible builds on here. My hope is this inspires others to mod their car properly no matter how big or small.
So to avoid any confusion from the previous pics, the cage is different today. The reason being the old cage did NOT meet D1, NASA and other circuit racing based rules. Here is de/re-construction. |

My builder based it off the minimum requirements for D1 (ER cage). It was out determination that the side impact was extremely important due to the FRP Origin doors wouldnt stop a Playskool tricycle, thus the back portion was "X" to take impact and transfer to the back for additional protection. And a few gussets in various places for piece of mind.

I never looked at them like that before. Now Im gonna crack up every time I use them. I'll have to "titty-twist" it to produce salt or pepper lol. Couple more of the ebrake. The powdercoat is immaculate. |

Its up in the air. Depends on how much time I can spare between sales (my funding source), the girl and whatever else takes me away from weekend working. The hardest part for me is going to be wiring. EVERYTHING will get new wires, connectors, etc... This will be my first full chassis harness so I need to put most of interior in to figure out where I am going to route the harness, mount the fuse box and the ARC switch panel. So to answer your question...... I dont know |
