Arrow HKS GT2835, HD Top Mount, Denso 550cc, Blitz FMIC, TiAL V44, A'PEXi BOV, and MORE!

Garage sale season!

Worried about my trader rating? Check my feedback on NorthwestNissans.com, EvolutionM.net, or eBay: eBay My World - psientific. I'm also PayPal verified: https://www.paypal.com/verified/[email protected].

Local sales preferred, but willing to ship at actual cost + 3% PayPal fee. Responses may be delayed due to generally being busy, so please don't waste time with lowball offers.

1) HKS/Garrett GT2835 Turbo; 52 Trim 0.64 A/R 71.1mm compressor wheel, 84 Trim 56.5mm turbine wheel. Equivalent to a GT3071R in a T25/T28 configuration with ported housings by HKS. The GT2835/3071R turbos use better flowing T04E housings vs. the T04B ones used on the GT28RS/GT2871R.

This was purchased brand new from JPS Trading a few years back for nearly $2000 and has since been used on my daily driver for about 20,000 miles. An additional nut for a wastegate actuator bracket was added to the compressor housing so that an HKS internal gate could be run. I'd highly recommend to the next owner welding the flapper valve shut and switching to an external gate to prevent boost creep. The CHRA has a small amount of shaft play but spins freely and does not make contact with the housings. Would continue to spin for about 30 seconds after turning off the car, something I wish I could say about my Power Enterprise turbo. This turbo was always used with a BOV. No wastegate is included.

Famously used on HKS' S15 drift cars; capable of well over 400whp. Photo and video included below.

=$500

2) Hybrid Dynamics Top Mount T3 Tubular Manifold w/ 2-Piece V-band downpipe and TiAL V44 Wastegate. This is the same design and quality as Full Race's non-twin scroll ramhorn manifold.

The manifold and 2-piece downpipe were purchased from a fellow SR20 owner who mocked everything up on his build but never had the opportunity to run the setup; he purchased the setup brand new from Hybrid Dynamics in Derry, PA for nearly $1,500. Also included is a TiAL V44 external wastegate, a brand new T2/T3 turbo blanket, the original unused V44 inlet/outlet flanges, all v-band clamps and hardware (V44 inlet, outlet, downpipe), and the original V44 dump tube. The V44 valve seat is not included, but a new one can be purchased for around $25. New price for everything is right around $2,000.

= $875

3) 100mm Blitz Front Mount Intercooler. Approximately 24" x 11" x 4", absolutely massive for an SR20 front mount!

This core is good for over 600hp, and according to HyperRev (couldn't find info anywhere else!) retails for over $1,500. There's some slight warpage on the top and bottom of the core, but for the most part the fins are straight, and the end tanks and channels are fully intact with no craks, dents, or bends. Overall this intercooler is in great condition.

=$225

4) A'PEXi Twin Chamber Blow Off Valve

Includes a custom hot pipe piece that was used with the HKS turbo, plumbed for the boost-only vacuum port on the BOV. Amazingly quick response, capable of opening with the same force regardless of pressure. New price is upwards of $225. If the buyer would like I can include the original box as well.

=$90

5) GReddy Oil Pan

In perfect condition and includes the original drain plug. No mounting hardware is included, but $5 at any hardware store will get you what you need. New price is $375.

SOLD

I've not yet taken photos of the following items (will be added over the next couple of days), but they are for sale as well:

9) Denso 550CC "Purple Top" Injectors, OEM for Blitz, HKS, SARD, and many others. Used for approximately 10,000 miles, all daily driving. 0.85ms lag time, only 15ms laggier than stock. Includes Denso plugs. Purchased new for over $500. =$225

10) OEM S14 SR20DET Intake Manifold =$90
11) OEM S14 SR20DET Valve Springs and Retainers =$40
12) OEM S14 SR20DET 370CC Injectors in OEM fuel rail (includes OEM FPR) =$90
13) OEM Zenki S14 SR20DET "WC" ECU =$120
14) OEM S14 SR20DET Oil Lines with bolts =$35
15) KYB AGX Struts + Cut Eibach Sportlines ~60k miles =$125

actually ball bearings will have shaft play and they tighten up when they are running.

david is right on this one, but I do believe that the turbo has more shaft play than a brand new one (however slight). My mechanic has looked it over and had no objections to me running again, so I was planning to just shelve it for when I outgrow the PE1420. I figure that could be a while, and I can always just buy another one down the road if this one sells.

As I mentioned before, the shaft play isn't extreme enough to cause the blades to make contact with either of the housings and the turbo seemed to boost just fine. I never pushed it too hard (it's seen 20psi less than a dozen times) and it's never been run without a blowoff valve.

I'll fill the CHRA with water, plug the plumbing, and make another video within the next couple of days. This probably won't eliminate all of the play that a turbo with fluids flowing through it would see, but it will hopefully alleviate some concerns nonetheless.

30lbs in a 26" x 6" x 14" box to Arizona via Parcel Post is about $27. This is a 5-7 day shipping method, and of course assumes that I can find a box of those dimensions . Probably around $35 when it's all said and done.

No, they're side feed. They'll fit the stock fuel rail without modification; the only work you'll have to do is rewiring the injectors with the included Denso clips.

Hmm... I think this is my second bump. Do bumps count against you if they're only once a week?
