getting slower as I drive

When I first start driving my car it runs pretty strong, but after 20-30 minutes it gets slower and slower. If I drive it hard it will get slower after only 5-10 minutes. The other night after racing a mustang my turbo was glowing red. I checked my timing and when I set my gun at advance 14(stock), it lines up with the timing mark all the way to the right on the crank pulley, If I set the gun at 0 it will be a good amount to the right of the last timing mark to the right. Is this timing off? Could my turbo be going bad? I've had 3 turbo cars and never had any problem like this. It seems like the engine is getting too hot, but the temp guage says it's cool. If anyone can help me with this I would really appreciate it.

----my set up
redtop sr20
greddy vspl front mount intercooler
hks exhaust
trust downpipe/turbo outlet/ catco racecat
spec stage 3 clutch
walboro 255 fuel pump
runing 12-13 pounds of boast with no fuel management

Your timing is fubar and your spraying fuel into your turbo and it's burning there.

15 degrees is the second mark from the right. Set it there and see how it goes.
