z32 maf

when do you know if a maf needs to be changed.. presuming its on the car already
how can i test if its accurate and doing the job i told it to.

If the car idles wierd or won't accellerate past a certain rpm.... around 4500 rpm iirc. Try cleaning it first with sensor safe cleaner. If it was just installed and not stock (z32 maf on a 240sx) then check the wiring for correct installation.
