I feel that I need to clarify something: The car
does run. the engine starts and the car can be driven. It will overheat and boil over after about 3 miles, but is is not incapacitated.
I don't know how that affects how the car is perceived, but I felt that this needed to be said.
Please let me know if this changes anything.
