(Marathon Training blog(day:09/13/08)) I completed my 18 mile run a few hours ago, and NOW I feel pretty good. Around mile 12 both my legs started to cramp up for some strange reason. I'm a little confused as to why this happened. The only other time this occured was when I got dehydrated a few months ago on a 9mile run, and I was plenty hydrated today
. My pace dropped dramatically as a result of my legs cramping up, so it took 3Hrs & 30min
to complete todays run..WEAK!! Not good enough if I want to complete the Marathon in under 4Hrs..
Next weeks run is only a 10 mile
HOWEVER the following weekend is the dreaded 20 mile
