Here is the link man. On the 2jz pin out mainly just worry about the F60 plug on the ecu and anything bold in the body plug pin outs. The bold writing/font in the boxes explains if it needs to be hooked up to constant voltage or switched ignition voltage. My excel sheet is for an S13 but can always get your S14 pin out for the body harness and engine bay harness to cross reference.
