I was thinking about opening an online store selling Best Motoring, JDM Option, and any other cool videos I can find. What do you guys think? Is there still a demand for that stuff?

ehh, kinda. I mean you can download most of that stuff anyway already (not that its legal, but it is cutting into your market).

I carry the BMI/JDM Option, Hot Version videos etc. Doesn't sell much. Like DJPimpFlex said, you can DL from the internet.

I get them for $5 in chinatown versus $20 in Japantown. Since when does Netflix carry them? That's awesome if its true.

Speedfreak in SF has stacks of Old JDM Option, BMI, Hot Version and Initial D vids that aren't selling and end up going on sale. I buy them religously because I wanna support the spread of drifting and I fuckin love 'em. Other people don't seem to give as much of a shit. Sell rocks instead, that makes money. Just don't end up like this guy.

best thing to do is find items that are exclusive to your area and not so common other places across the country and sell them on ebay. No lie, I was selling mini roboraptors that were selling for 12.99 at ANY radioshack and other retail outlets for 30 bucks each plus inflated shipping. Calculate shipping and put like 10-12lbs for the package estimate size. I made a couple hundred off of them. I didnt even take my discount, didnt have the heart lol. It bought me a free clutch for my S12.
Ebay is great, shit people from my area sell adirondack maple syrup online since its a mountain east coast thing.
I also had a good scam Id shop the internet endlessly for a cheap price on a LCD or plasma TV, go to sears when they priced match(no longer do unfortunately), get a price on it. Take pictures of a floor model they had there, put it on ebay, get paid, buy the TV with their money and have it drop shipped to the person that bought it and just keep the remainder. Worked well when you were working with a 3-400 price margin.
Gotta think to make money bro. Good luck
