Yes. A majority of these cars are from their homeland, the FC3S thats in orange I actually have the Option magazine that show's Veilside producing the kit that converted the cars looks for the movie. .. .unfortunatley since it is in japanese and my friends are all out of close proximity for me to have them translate, I could not figure out what they were speaking on. .. .I can snap a shot of the page(s). .. .

Looks like jspec's old S13 made the cut as well as Signal and a few other locals. .. .

they filmed some shots by my work, Flower / Wilshire blvd. They had the props all setup and on wilshire and grand, a block down, there was some sick ass donut tire marks, like 4 ft. thick nshit

wats with all the posts? anyway yea the mustang has a rb. it looks so badly done. they just like threw it in there. i believe that lil bow wow is driving the s15 and the main character is driving the stang. the darker z33 is being driven by "the drift king" (no not tsuchiya). theres also more caucasians (sp) than asian people in this movie even though its in japan.

Hopefully they'll do some really outlandish and totally unrealistic shit, so no one tries to attempt anything. . .but then again, that might be a reason to do some of the things you see in the film.

Anyways, there is hope for F&F3 this time around. Someone decent is actually directing this time around, same guy who directed better luck tomorrow. So I don't think it's goin to be cheesy and gay like the first two. Also they actually have some nice cars around this time. Even if this film is gay, it will make drifting popular and therefore, a much bigger market for our cars. Parts will be cheaper and plentiful!

sorry about all my posts earlier, damn technical problems w/ posting!!! anyway, simpleS14, i agree. i hope there are no S14's in the movie. but its pretty much useless because i have a buddy from back home (SoCal) with a kouki S14 thats gonna be in the movie... silver with JDM silvia emblems and blue graphics.

also, the guy directing the movie, justin lin, was critically acclaimed for his role in directing "better luck tomorrow", which was a good movie. HOWEVER, he is also the director of the new movie "annapolis" about the US naval academy which comes out on friday. i go to the US naval academy, and i feel like the movie will be shit. so who knows?

yeah this just makes S chassis cars more popular, making parts (good OEM parts) more scarce as they'll all be fucked up by ricers. therefore all of us that have been driving these cars for years (myself included) will just be viewed no differently than kids with civics and neons after the first 2 movies. Im sure supra owners (although making bank) hated to see the media publicity of an oversize shopping cart wing on what used to be a high dollar luxury sports car.

Oh well, my plan still stays to sell both of my S13's and buy my M3.
