i just did a driveshaft swap (non abs alum. DF into a abs diff... it fits fine) and when ever I come to a stop (doesn't matter if i'm in gear or not) i get a really harsh grinding/vibrating noise coming from diff/driveshaft/transmission. It did not do this before the swap. The first thing I would point would be the driveshaft, but I SilviaFreak did it with no problem and mine seem to fit as well. I put it more tranny fluid and still.
Any help would be great.
BTW: I did a B&M shortshifter swap as well.

is it when you let off the gas and the grinding kind of comes in waves?
cause I have aluminum driveshaft and B&M shortshift too, and it makes that noise as well.
I think its the shifter, cause I've heard other people talking about it.

i think your talking more about a humming?
This is when I come to a complete stop. Its sounds like the pressure of the driveshaft against the tranny is rubbing too hard. But what I don't get is why doesn't it do that the whole time i'm driving. And it only happends after a while of drive, never when I first start the car.
