The GT4 "Your Car" race

Ok heres the rules. Race YOUR car (or as close as you can get). HP, Weight, suspension settings ect. EVERYTHING as close as you can get. The 2 courses I've done so far are bellow as well as the mods. It says about 240hp which I think is about right.

Sil80
racing intake/exhaust
Racing Intercooler
Racing brakes
Full Suspension
Spring rates 8kF 6kR
Camber 3°F 1.5°R
Sways 7F 7R
Dampining 6F 8R
CF driveshaft (I have aluminum)
Stage one clutch
Custom diff (full lock, welded)
Medium sport tires
Stage 2 weight loss

Nurburgring Nordschleife: 7:75.38
Infenion: 1:45.67

GT4 pisses me off to no end! The physics are so annoying. But i keep playing. hahahaha stupid game....

Hrrmmm I dont think they have a KA powered 240 with ~150 hp on GT4... so im kinda fucked. hahaha.

well they have silvia q's which you can get to 150hp but theyre slow as balls and boring, and i agree about the physics especially trying to drift.

I prefer the drifting if forza to gt4, but gt3 owns all in drift. gt4 for grip x122203812478.4. Come on someone post up some times.

I'll give ya a run, I just need to get my car set up. Only major differences with my car and the Sil80 in the game is that my car doesn't have an SR20, and it's blue. But hey, I have my wheels on my car in the game!

What's 240 whp equivalent to in the game? I think they rate at the crank for the in game horsepower.

Simulation tires on the game have all the physics of some bald all season radials. I feel your pain. I think you also need to turn off traction control and stuff to make it more like your actual car. You realize that the game gives every car traction control regardless whether it has it in real life or not?

yeah I tried a bit with my game this morning. Seems a real pain to run the N tires. The car has a nice way of sliding gradually off of the track during high speed sweeping turns.

Infineon speedway is a 10 sec difference for me between using the N3 tires and the Sport Medium tires.

I didn't get a clean run yet so I'll post times later.

fuck this game is fun, i'm still trying to memorize the lines on this Nurburgring track, i just remembered i have all golds except for one: the final test on the S-license tests. shit i'm good, yet i still have a life hahaha.

GT4=Understeer I hate this game I drift like a champ in GT3 but in GT4 is so fuckin hard!!!!!:rant2: Anyone who says they can drift in GT4 explain you do it cuz I just can hold a drift for shit the camera is so sensitive.
