I found a 1991 240 fastback at a mom and pop dealership, and they said that they will start at $4500, which is retail value, and th4en work from there.  I tried to crank up the motor and the first try failed, but the second time i had to pump the gas for a while to get it running, then at idle it was vibrating all over the place at a low idle, like 600rpm.  What do you guys think the cause of this might be?  The dumbass salesman said it was b/c it had been sitting there for a few days. hahahahahahaha.  You should be able to leave a car sitting for a month and still have it crank right up and idle fine.  Also the interior was in pretty bad shape and the plastic piece that is right underneth the steering wheel was lose and actually fell at my feet.  I am thinking that, if the idling prroblem can be fixed by just driving it around for a while, I would be willing to up as high as $3000 but no more!  $4500 my left testical.

I also found a 1993 fastback that started up right away, and had a nice smooth idle.  The interior was normal, paint seemed pretty good.  The salesman said they just got that car yesterday and still needed a mechanic to look it over before i could go on a test drive, and the ac needed to be fixed b/c it wasn't blowing cold air.  They also wanted $4500, but think this car is worth the money, and if the a/c only needs charging thn i will try and work them down to $4000.  The bad thing about this place is they want a $1500 down payment and i don't have that much yet!

Please just tell me your opinions about these cars and ho much you would be willing to pay for each. &nbsp;thanks for your time &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>
