S15 tail light conversion

I wanted to ask if it's possible to convert the S15 taillight to S13 and S14.

S15-> S14 or S13 --- don't you mean other way around?  Well, I have never seen this done, it would be a total bitch to do too; because of the significant difference in body lines.
