SC Thinking about not going turbo! NO2???

Ok what if I got a non turbo SR20, and put on a ATI procharger? Now I know people are going to say TURBO TURBO TURBO. But Lets talk about this, I really dont want to hear about anything turbo so lets drop that off the bat.

Its just a idea and has anyone done this? Ive seen the ROOTs blower's befor but why not a ATI it seems to be easyer to put on and less hassle but I could be wrong.


On a side note, I have a KA and have a 57 trim turbo and most of the parts to turbo it but im thinking about somthign differnt now.



P.S. What about a SPRAY car? Big shot car thats another one let me know what you think:aw:

I think you should only post an idea once... barring that people have been talking about SC KA's since I got my car in 2000... at LEAST. to my knowledge no ones made one work. the KA makes more sense for a SC motor IMO than an SR. if your gonna go through thte hassel of a motor swap it'd be stupid NOT to do an SR20DET.

Supercharging a ka would make way more sense financially then supercharging an sr. Sr allready has turbo stock so you're going to buy that THEN make it s/c? If you want to go for a centrifigual charger a ka makes more sense too. They provide max power at redline and the ka allready has low end but lacks the top.
