hey Drew, go order this lens:

Canon 50mm F/1.8 (http://www.amazon.com/gp/luc/click.html/002-4835934-8692813?%5Fencoding=UTF8&id=hNzP0FWVXM9UaNfTbNkCwjv%2BzIjgNbNXvyByUre7U0udO NAbr8XRtduR%2Fjz%2Fb6B3KuG%2BOlnvEHJ%2FrzdXAfC%2Fy YWozF7%2B0v5wOH75Hn9kClIz3iLEbCXiafHykwMu6UvVilv5h TQgQrL3HCsMJB%2FhMdBqoTSlV8esxxPG4jF71FJtmptJ5NeYM TC9Zj5ZPasL94Lj6gEFOgoDgwL1cANUmCxmvX8JlQNOz1AT5q% 2F%2F59E%3D)

If it's the only other lens you ever buy you should get that one.. It's less than $75.

Nice! I am trying to get one of those as well, my Sony F505V did good for 5 years, but it took a pooper and wont stay charged anymore even with new batteries, :( it was good while it lasted.

Id like to get the Canon EOS 20D, but the EOS 350D will have to do considering there will still be lenses to buy :|

Indeed. Put the ~$400 difference toward buying lenses/nice flash/memory card/extra battery/battery grip/etc.

Andrew Bohan

we got the body of Lisa's (same thing as what Andrew got, but no 18-55 kit lens) for a little less than $700 through Dell.
We didn't need that lens since my camera came with the same lens and I had another lens I could use.

Should try braketing. That way you can choose the best image. Another thing you can do, is braket, then overlay the good images and erase the bad parts of it.
