I was wondering if there are any companies that makes these. I think they are pretty pimp, but I don't think they are $70 pimp. I use a 2x4 right now and it works fine, but it would be nice to have a set of these.

thanks

Those are nice looking ramps. I paid like $25 at Mal*Wart for my 8" lift plastic ramps and they work great for my coilovered s13...

Edit: Just found these which look almost identical to the ones in the pic above...

2.75" lift for $29 plus $15 shipping from http://www.discountramps.com/plastic_car_ramps.htm

Are those the black plastic ones?

Because if they are, I have those, and my S13 with the SE lip on there won't clear those ramps. I have to stick a couple of 2x4s there in front of the ramp for the lip to clear the ramps, then I can drive onto the ramps.

All I have are Tanabe GF210 springs, which lowered the front 1.5" from the stock springs w/ SR in it (4x4 look) and 195/60/15s.

Yeah they are black/grey plastic about 8" tall. I don't have a lip and noticed that the bumper pushes them slightly and my car isn't dumped so I could see them being too steep for some. Those ramps I posted above look tempting tho!

That is the most jank ass looking jack I've ever seen. Did the pull that out of a river?

I have the low pro ramps from them as well, they sell a dozen sets on Ebay all the time, bought two pair for $40 shipped. My car is low as hell too, they're just high enough to clear the front lip as I drive up, then I can get a really low jack under the core support, but not far enough to reach the crossmember. Problem is either the ramps need to be longer for a higher lift, or they need to make a longer reach jack, but they still do their job and they're lightweight and small enough to carry in the car in case of issue.

Pep boys sells small aluminum ramps that are super light weight and fit in one of the side pockets (between the outer fender and trunk) in your S13. They're under $20 each, and fit perfectly under my lowered S13 with aero. I heard Naoki Kobayashi from Drift association had input on the design of them.

I'm not trying to be a jack ass, but what is this point of getting your car only 3" off the ground? 8" ones I can see, but not 3". I woulnd't mind some nice ramps though. I have a hard time getting under a car when it's on jackstands :bite:

So you can fit a jack under a lowered car that you wouldn't be able to otherwise.:duh:

The point is to get your car high enough to fit a jack under it. If your slammed with aero, you won't be able to reach any hard points under your car with a jack.

edit: whoops, what he said ^^^

Oh that makes sence. I was thinking that you work under your car when the ramps are under there. :smash:

I'm an idiot, I'll stop asking dumb ?'s now... :Owned:

Can we still fling pooh in your yard though?

The point has been made, but for a better example some of us (myself included) can't get even a low pro jack under the car unless the front bumper comes off. I'd rather drive up on the ramps then do that.
