Please help. I need some input.

I just started the swap today.the swap of a s13 redtop to my 95 240sx. I pulled the engine and put the sr20det in.This is were the problems started to pop up. The motor mounts are higher up so the sr20det is sitting up. I figured out that this was a problem because the tranny (bell housing is hitting the frame).

Problem #2: Some pipe coming from a release unit(sitting right around the level of the valve cover on the turbo side) The pipe is hitting the steering arm. I tried turing and the pipe is hitting.

Problem #3: Need ingintor chip.but people are telling me to use the ka24de distrubitor cap.

1) The motor is not much any higher or lower than KA.  Your problem might be that your motor 'is' not sitting corrrectly in its place.

2) Take off the exhaust recirculation valve completely, and in its place weld shut the opening in your O2 housing.  You don't need that.

3) Get an ignitor chip else where.  Going with the JWT RWD SR20DE distributor setup cost additional more money and performce is worse than stock.
