Pick one up at a junkyard. Dirt cheap.

Like what ManoNegra said...a junkyard is one of your best friends. Make sure it's still in good condition!

went to the junkyard, got nothing...got another used stock radiator, shit cracked and same thing happen exactly. The same exact lines that was crack on the old one is the same on the new used one. Luckily bought it for $30. I'm getting a koyo cause it gets tiring with all the flushing and re-flushing.
Maybe you should get a koyo?

I'd only go for the koyo if my fmic was restricting the airflow to the radiator causing cooling issues. You don't need to put any more money than you need into your car, money saved can be used for a rainy day.

I've went through a couple used 240 rads both ended up cracked and/or leaking.
I was going to buy a Koyo racing radiator, but did some research and found that the fins are too dense and the rad is a little too thick which causes some people poor cooling at idle/city speeds. Also was informed of a mfg recall due to leaky seam welds :(. It was then suggested to me that I get a griffin radiator, about the same price ($300 range) as the Koyo but a better design (less dense, less thick). That didn't go through and I didn't have time to wait around so I ended up just getting a "CSF" radiator. It is almost identical to the OEM radiator, but brand new. It cost around $100 shipped... BTW I have KADE now and am building RB20 to swap soon.

had a koyo it cracked dont know whre yet to get it fixed
have a fluidyne now
get a greddy air separator or make your own
saves time and headache bleeding the system
its cheap too. worth every penny
makes swapping or flushing system hella easy. not like it was hard before but this makes it even easier.
