FS:Set of "?" wheels 16x7 4 lug *SoCal*

I have these unknown brand wheels that I have had laying around for a while. The wheels are in good condition w/ a very small bent lip that can still hold air fine. The wheels were also sanded down and spray painted a black charcoal color. The wheels come w/ 2 tires that are flat and probably useless. I am asking $230 OBO for the whole set.
