holy damn. that's a nice colored R33. I don't like the wing, but hell it's an R33. (I like the styling of R33s more than 34s)

Anyway you might want to consider taking the photos down, blotching out his plates, and re posting it- - for their sake.

well, it looks like a dealer plate anyway (probably one of the guys from MotoRex taking a "company car" on a "test drive"). i dont think it's that big of a deal.

I think I would probably soil myself if I saw a skyline driving next to me on the highway. That's cool.

Btw, badM5, could you do something about that avatar? I'm just wondering if zilvia can be held responsible if it causes someone to have an epileptic seisure

I've seen that R33 several times... couple times on the 110 going to the 91, and a few times in Koreatown.

damn if i saw a skyline i would either drive as fast as possile to catch up to it, or my jaw would just drop and id get into an accident.

I still have not seen any skyline in person, but at Import Expo I finally will see a blue R34, its about time.

probably not, but s15dude seems to think that an e34 m5 will be competitve with an R33 GT-R for some reason...

well hell when the m5 comes w/ 394hp stock and the engine bay gives enough room to drop a supercharger in there what do you expect. That depends on how much money you have left over after the 70,000 price tag of course

AAHA i wonder which silver one that is. One of the guys has a Silver GTR that has been running consistent low 11's at IDRC. He also has a HKS T51R SPL(not KAI) kit sitting at MotoRex to be installed.

e34, NOT e39.

http://www.bmwm5.com/models/e34/alper.jpg

the e34 was the old 5 series platform (1988-1996)

The E34 model M5 comes in three different flavours:

The 1989 BMW M5 with 315 HP 3.5 litre engine. The only E34 M5 available in the USA.

The 1992 BMW M5 with 340 HP 3.8 litre engine. Never sold in the USA but availalble widely throughout Europe. Became available in Touring version.

1995 BMW M5 with same 340 HP engine, but the 6-speed gearbox and Nurburgring suspension were now fitted as standard.

it's not his...

i have a friend who is considering buying a 6 series and dropping in the 3.8 and 6-speed, or else just putting in the bored/stroked and high-comp 2.7L motor he has, also considering porting the head and adding a direct-port n2o NXpress system that'd just be a scary car

its not "police interceptor"

its putrid disintegrator, the car falls apart the more i drive it...
