Random picture thread and purging

I think the off-topic section should have a random picture thread for whoever wants to post random stuff in it. Only catch is that it should be purged once a week. Clean slate every sunday night or monday morning. The picture threads we have now are horrible..and i hate skimming through them. I dont even know what page number it's on. Also the bay area sightings thread should be purged once a month.

The purging keeps it fresh and keeps the bandwidth usage low for our picture hosting websites, so we dont ever get cut off.

+1 for purgeing ALL sighting threads . and i like the rondom pic thread, but it seems that more random pics have been removed than are auctually left.

I vote for once a month purgeings.
