is many already know, i have a KA-T with alot of hp.HEHEHE
anyway, i had a t3/t04b .48a/r H3 with a stage 3 turbine

it is the same turbo that comes with the FMAX stage 1 kit. i also think the stage 2 but with a .63a/r

that turbo is the best turbo for  under 12psi. full boost at 2500rpm.
well i am running 22-24psi so i needed to get a bigger turbo so
i was going to go with the t60 hifi but i have a friend that has it on his 240sx and he said it is not worth it

so here is what i went with
t3/t04E 60trim .82a/r and stage 5 turbine wheel and DUAL ball-bearing setup.

it is awesome- full boost at 3800rpm and it is able to boost to 28psi. at 22psi it feels like it just started to get spooling. i am very satisfied and will recommend it to anyone going for huge boost.

note: i didnt even need to change my downpipe and manifold.

best buy for my buck === i spent 1600.00 for it

So how much hp you gonna have with this bad boy

Excellent...   do you have any compressor maps for that turbo??  I'd like to see it's efficiency range.  I'm assuming that should put you over 450 with higher boost correct?

Is it decently streetable? &nbsp;you REALLY gotta get some Dyno time. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

i am estimating 430+rwhp but we will soon see!!!!
with old turbo i was estimating 350rwhp @ 22psi

here is the compressor map for the E60
but remember i also have a stage 5 wheel and a .82a/r
so there is a lot of varables to look at also

i am going to the dyno soon, still need to work out a couple bugs

it is alright, not too streetable. more strip than street
there is some lag.

but also, if anyone wants to get this, u will need the ball bearing setup. i estimated that the non ball bearing version will spool at 4400rpm
it hits really hard, i think that my clutch life has just cut in half <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/nervous.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':nervous:'> &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/nervous.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':nervous:'>

definately Time for some wider rear tires.. &nbsp;and a stronger clutch.

According to that map it should put you where?, at about 75% efficiency range at around 22-25 psi? &nbsp; Are you gonna push it to 28 psi? &nbsp;seems like that would put you fairly close to the Surge limit. &nbsp;I'm still learning compressor maps. &nbsp;Smack me around if I sound like a dumas.

hey. &nbsp;thats cool. &nbsp; i have a 92 240sx KA24de- turbo also. &nbsp; i am using a garret t3/t04E &nbsp;56 trim compressor, &nbsp;.63 exhaust housing. &nbsp; Tial wastegate-.45bar. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;im only using 370 injectors, and about 7psi boost. &nbsp;stock internals. &nbsp;anymore and it will bust. &nbsp; what kind of internals are you running: JE forged, carrillo rods? ... etc. &nbsp; im very curious. &nbsp;if so, whats yur feedback on it, &nbsp; &nbsp; i might build my motor this summer.
thanks. . &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;
&nbsp;damn, i need LSD , badly

yes u r readong compressor maps now, congrats. but i am not running or thinking of running 28psi. i will be running 22-24psi but with better efficiency than i had. remember, u cant get a turbo that suits the best of both worlds (non-turbo lag and high boost)

</span><table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="3" cellspacing="1"><tr><td>Quote </td></tr><tr><td id="QUOTE">so uhh.... what are you doing with your old turbine??

For those with SR20DET, pls help me out here.

I have a HKS GT2530 presently but its feeling weak, 300++ hp only.
I've downed a HKS Forged Piston kit, titanium retainers, valve
springs, conrods, HKS 272 degree cams, adjustable sprokets,
turbosmart wastegate, exhaust manifold, etc.

I need a better turbine (go damn good one infact) I looked through
the HKS USA Site and I'm interested in HKS T-51R SPL, but its too ex.

Are there other turbos out there that can at least boost 1.8 bar??

My friend from aust has this setup:- Garett T03/04 hybrid
turbine,custom exhaust manifold,HKS wastegate & downpipe. (583hp
dynotest)

Need more power

Thanks for reading this.

u can go with the hybrid setup because u have a 2.0l engine
u can also go with a t-series but i am not sure what kind

you will need to change the manifold and downpipe
turbonetics is the best way to go for a cheaper cost
