I've lurked for awhile, but here's my first post. I'm the doomwagon guy. to make a long story short, take an '88 legacy wagon and put an STi motor in it, make it rear-wheel-drive, and mix with a standalone and custom turbo setup and go spin tires in 3rd gear in front of various modified cars...

so I've had my fun. I've since moved on to a '90 240SX (on my second) and this place has a ton of great information for everything I need. I hope to contribute as well, I've been tuning/fabricating a long time, the content here is pretty extensive.

so this thread is not totally worthless, here's an old video of the wagon. LOLOMGZKEKE!!111

I also head up shift-lock.net videomagazine, and put out the various videos you guys see online, here's a few to enjoy. Later guys.

I want to stay on the same theme of uniqueness, but it's hard...

I mostly got into a 240 because I actually want to be out there at events now, and the wagon had nothing to offer, other than being a novelty car. The 240 is really cool because there's so many parts (unlike the subie) and it's easy to become competitive in. I outdrove the wagon a long time ago, and it was time to step up, and i couldn't rationalize spending 4-5 g's on the wagon to make it at that level (impreza coilovers, cage, deep wheels ect..)

yes, that phrase is my own. =)
