Hey guys. Something important came up, and it requires the sale of my car. I miscalculated the ammount of money I need to finish up my degree, and need money for tuition.

Anyway, the car: It's a 1996 Nissan 240sx SE. 100,380 current miles. Carfax was clean last time I checked it (2 years ago) and I haven't hit anything since then, so the carfax should still be clean.
I bought the car in 2000, with 47,383 miles on it from a dealership, the car was an off-lease, an older couple owned it prior to me. I'm owner #2.
There has been 2 minor parking lot collisions on it, one before I bought the car, one while I owned it. Both incidents were professionally fixed, as I only found out about the first one when the shop repaired the second one. As far as frame damage, the runout was .04% when they repaired the 2nd collision, which is well below the norm of non-accident cars.
The first owner smoked in it, but there's no burns in the upholstry. There were ashes in hard to clean spots, only reason I know. I don't allow eating or drinking in my car, so there aren't any stains in the interior. The seats have been covered since I've owned the car, so the front two are immaculate. The rear has some sun-fade at the top, but the windows are tinted, so the fade is as minimal as possible.

Front end: I swapped a '98 front end on, and it could use a color-matching, as there we different ammounts of fade between my car and the donor car. However, it's got BRAND NEW headlights on it. Haven't even put 30 miles on them.

So, just the parts alone add up to just over $15,000, not including the price of the car, or the hundreds of hours of labor in the car.

When I ran on an unprepped track at 6psi and open diff, stock wheels/tires, I ran [email protected] That's a low 13sec trap speed. Currently at 10psi, with my hlsd and tires, on a prepped track, there's no reason a decent driver shouldn't turn out constant 12s. With the 740cc injectors, it's a 450hp motor, and shouldn't have an issue making a run for 11s, either.

The car currently runs and drives, but has an idle issue once warmed up. This I attribute to either the tune or the cobra maf going out, which is why I bought and include the z32 maf, bikirom, new injectors, and new engine wiring harness.
Also, the a/c is dissassembled because the compressor went out, but I have the Nissan OEM a/c kit, the one used by dealers to convert non-ac cars. It comes with EVERYTHING, every nut, bolt, mounting bracket, and a new a/c button to go in the climate control unit. Just install it and charge it. But, my current situation doesn't give me the time needed to sell a 100% running car for the $15k I'd get for it.

So, I'm asking $12k OBO for the car. I'll have pics by Friday, but, when I get the pics, the car is going on eBay for a quick sale. Just posting it here incase anyone has interest before then. However, older pics of the car before the front end conversion and stripping of the broken vinyl on the windshield are on my website. http://jeff.obhost.net/filestorage/website%20pics/Car/ and http://jeff.obhost.net/filestorage/turbo/
Beware: Some of those pics are 3mb, and 3200x2400.
I will arrange shipping at your expense ($750 coast to coast)

Email me at [email protected] if you're interested.
