You are cute.
Expect to spend $166 a tire at the very least, and that's for Sumitomo HTR Z II in 285/35 from tirerack.com. They're on special, and you'll have to pay for shipping and mounting. Otherwise, you're paying at least $222 to have a 285/35 tire on those wheels. I personally would run 295s on an 11, though, which bumps you to $182 each for Ecsta SPT or a minimum of $265 for most other tires. The SPTs aren't really all that bad, so I guess you'd be ok.
With those sizes, how are you going to get anything near full lock?
Holy didn't think it through, Batman.

maybe he wants some extra wheels for other than drift?

He didn't say what size the fronts are. I assume he running 11 in the rear which would fit fine.

Depends on what your looking for. Do you want the most meat you can get on the wheel or do you want a little stretch?
And before any of you say "oh you need the meatiest tire for grip", STFU. I gripped fine with 215/45/17 and 225/40/17 on a 9 inch wheel.

Unfortunately, 'gripping fine' and maximum traction possible aren't quite the same thing.

True. But if the person cant drive, then tire size is irrelevant.
My point is, people told me that i wouldnt be able to do what i'm very capable of doing with that tire size. Bottom line, dont get caught up in what people say is "the right way". Driving is about the driver and his skill and preferences. Widest/biggest isnt always the best.
With that being said, driftking777, do you want good grip with a stretch or do you want the biggest, widest tire you can fit?

well, I have a wide-body kit too, the car is going in the body shop in Jan. to have the kit done,Last week I put my rims on to see how they fit and how they run. I have 18x11 in the rear and 18x9 up front, I went with a 255/35 and 225/40 Yokohama AVS ES100, here is a link for the pics, now I know it looks goofy with out the kit on so save your breath!!...lol http://forums.nicoclub.com/zerothread?id=143359

well im actually looking for grip, becuase i already have 6 sets of drift rims and tires, and frankly i need some with to fill out my 50mm rears, so im choosing some 11" more for show (have other rims for drift/drag) so these would be my dailys. but i still drive hard all the time nearly. and to all of you who think i was running 11 in the front (gezzz) im planning on running 9" up front. i would like to run 10 but im worried about loosing my drift angle due to the width. Sky240pwr...what offset are your front and rears? the setup im going is 18x11 +12, which should give me around a 5 inch lip which is what im looking for. And to the people up top, when i said a some what cheap tire, i wasnt talking baseline POS tire, if you notice, the tires i listed are between 350-500 a tire. (when going 315/30/18) but as far a sky240pwr...im looking for alitt more meat. dont want to be quiet that stretched. so im not looking for huge tires just something thats not seriously stretched.

Dude, if you want balla status, you shoulda had some 18x10.5 -5 to -10 offset for the rear, depending on camber and tire size.
Positive offset = teh weaksauce (when it comes to widebody and what not).
Plus, that's a lot of tire for the car. A lot of tire, a lot of rims, and a lot of unsprung weight. How much power are you making at the rear wheels anyways? Because there comes a point in time when wider wheels and wider tires become too wide, and they'll just hinder performance.
For example, if you're only putting down like 230 rwhp with stock T25 and all bolt on mods, then yeah, even 18x10 with 275/35/18 tires are a little too much for either grip or drift.

if those are just for bling then why do you care about your "loosing your drift angle due to width"
u won't be "drifting" (cough, cough) on them anyways, so if it's just for show u might as well go all the way and run 19x13 all around.

wow, that car if it ever gets put together is going to suck more balls than a ballsucker2000©. mid 90s wheels, jaquemond kit, bondo wing, some whack ass 2 foot wide splitter STUCK TO THE UNDERSIDE OF A JAQUEMOND KIT, thoes fucking taillights, and a mix n match front bumper, shitty offsets on 5 foot wide retard flares, wheels color matched to body, wow. what an abortion

at first i though you were talking about my car...im like WTF? but your not so...anywho...to the guy that said well why worry about drift angle if its just show rims...well i still dont want to worry about tire rub when im driving. and like i said...i always drive hard...so occationally i might want to go sideways, and not have to worry about switching rims...and 5inch dish is good enough for me...im not looking to fit a basketball in my rims. i personally will be happy with 18x11 +12...its the lowest offset they have in the rims i want anyways...other wise i would go 0 offset...trust me i've thought the rims size through a few times...and yes i know that 18x11 will hinder performance if im only running stock t25...even at full boost...thats why im getting a gt2871r...whould be running around 370whp...and that will be plenty to loose traction with. and im not nessesarily looking for balla status...just want something to fill up the fenders, instead of rocking my gay ass 17x7 i have from before the widebody was put on, 18x11 +12 will do that just fine...

i think i have decided to go with 295/30/18's...either in yokohama advan neova AD07, or Kumho Ecsta SPT...anyone have any reponses on these tire choices? also, if you know aprox how many miles they may last (under conservative driving)

That looks nice. But that doesn't look like 11" rear rims to me? They could be, but tires are deceiving me.
Man, I wish I could be like this thread starter. Just get baller rims and body kit, and expensive tires and bigger turbos and such. I seriously need a friggin steady paying job....

i go one piece at a time...rims come in when tax return comes in. new turbo setup at the same time...im a college kid, so...money is an issue for me too...other wise i wouldnt be on my gay wheels i am now...also the wide body kit, and brand new paint job came from insurance money from someone hitting my car...got 3k for the accident, and i put 1k out of pocket for everything thats cosmetically done to my car.

Thats because those wheels are 18x10 +0 not 11. DIfferent guy.

how the fuck do you narrow your choices down to Advan Neova or Kumho SPT?
Advan Neova = grip
Kumho SPT = 712 replacement

Thats because those wheels are 18x10 +0 not 11. DIfferent guy.
See, that's what I was saying.
18x10 -15 offset or 18x10.5 -7 offset would be so friggin hot with camber and 50mm rear wide fender, and you can stretch some 245s on there with low power, or 265s if you have the power.
Looks sick AND functional.
That's the route I'm going, when I get richer.
For now I rock 17x9 +20 (those SPLparts special order FN01s) with 5mm spacers up front and 10mm spacers rear with 225/45/17.
