Stock KA exhaust fit SR20?

Hello everybody. Hmm well i've been searching for a while now, and i've checked the FAQ to no avail. I probably missed it somewhere but i can't seem to find it.

Either way, I'm wondering if my stock KA24DE exhaust system will bolt up to an SR20DET swap from the downpipe back i guess. I'm just wondering if i'm gonna NEED an aftermarket exhaust system for the swap, or if i can wait it out with the stock exhaust so that i can save up for a good aftermarket one.

Sorry, i'm sure this question has been asked before, but thanx for the hlp. :faint:

it'll be fine. exhausts are chassis specific.

R240NA i wasn't sure if the downpipe extended to the exact same point that the exhaust manifold does on the KA. I wasn't sure if i was gonna need to mod the stock exhaust to fit, or if it wouldn't fit at all. Believe me, i did think about it :coolugh:
